Velveteen Day Dreamsis a luminous, narrative oil painting that drifts between waking and dreaming. At 40” x 30”, this large-scale original envelops the viewer in a twilight interior where the natural world quietly crosses the threshold into imagination.
A young woman rests beneath an open window, her gaze soft and distant, as though suspended in a moment of inward wandering. Around her, rabbits gather gently, one nestled in her hair, another perched watchfully nearby. They are tender, symbolic companions that evoke innocence, intuition, and childhood memory.
